I was first attracted to the physical challenges of the asana practice, however, under the guidance of my inspiring teachers, I began to realize just how deep and vast the practice of yoga actually goes. I've found joy in striving to incorporate yoga into everyday life – living mindfully, meaningfully, compassionately and more connected.
I received my 200-hour certification from Naime Jezzeny and Sue Elkind at Dig Yoga in Lambertville, New Jersey. At Dig we are taught the key alignment points that work therapeutically for each individual. As well as a very philosophical look about the true practice of yoga.
During that training I also completed a 75-hour advanced training with Ari Green at The Zen Den in Margate, New Jersey. This was more of a HIIT training, to help me have a greater creative approach to safely building up to certain peak poses.
My background of yoga is curated with alignment and therapeutics integrated with interval training, for safe, fun and effective yoga sequencing for the longevity of your practice. Anatomically figuring out what's best for each students alignment with a fun, strong and creative twist.
