Collagen Chia Pudding

A goal of mine has been easy, nutritious and filling breakfasts. When I skip breakfast, my whole day is ruined because I get extra hungry throughout the entire day. so i try my best to start my day off right.

Ingredients

2 tbs Chia Seeds

6 ounces of Nut milk (I used hemp)

Cinnamon

pinch of Mushroom cacao adaptogen

half scoop of Collagen protein

Let it sit overnight

in the morning add your fruit, goji berries, coconut flakes,

whatever you want to top your chia pudding off!!

Protein Pancakes

 

Want to eat pancakes every day and avoid the heavy feeling in your belly?

Now you can enjoy pancakes quick and easy with lots of nutritional benefits.

I have literally been making these multiple times in the week because they fill me until lunch, and I don’t feel guilty about carbs or that it’s super heavy in my belly.

 

*What you’ll need…

1 egg

2 egg whites

¼ cup of oats that you prefer

2 scoops of plant based protein powder

(I like to use Vega vanilla powder)

2 tablespoons chia seed

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Tablespoon of coconut oil to grease the pan & for good fats

Berries

 

*Directions:

Whip all of your ingredients together.

Coat your pan with coconut oil,

Pour batter onto the pan into 3 pancakes.

Cook.

Eat.

Enjoy.

 

These protein pancakes are soo delicious that no syrup is necessary.

But if I have berries on hand, I will mash them up almost like a compote to add on top

With a drizzle of a blossom honey.

 

These are packed with omegas from the chia seeds as well as fiber and lots of protein!

Perfect to enjoy for any meal of the day.

Because i literally could eat these for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
