Protein Pancakes


Want to eat pancakes every day and avoid the heavy feeling in your belly?

Now you can enjoy pancakes quick and easy with lots of nutritional benefits.

I have literally been making these multiple times in the week because they fill me until lunch, and I don’t feel guilty about carbs or that it’s super heavy in my belly.


*What you’ll need…

1 egg

2 egg whites

¼ cup of oats that you prefer

2 scoops of plant based protein powder

(I like to use Vega vanilla powder)

2 tablespoons chia seed

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Tablespoon of coconut oil to grease the pan & for good fats




Whip all of your ingredients together.

Coat your pan with coconut oil,

Pour batter onto the pan into 3 pancakes.





These protein pancakes are soo delicious that no syrup is necessary.

But if I have berries on hand, I will mash them up almost like a compote to add on top

With a drizzle of a blossom honey.


These are packed with omegas from the chia seeds as well as fiber and lots of protein!

Perfect to enjoy for any meal of the day.

Because i literally could eat these for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
