Take the time to buy a half or full watermelon and cut it up however you prefer.

Save some slices to create this easy snack, or keep it chopped just like a salad.

Fiber filling, green glowing, berry sweet loving cheesey goodness,

that will keep you full and healthy.

Ingredients

Watermelon

Berries

Goat, feta, vegan cheese (whichever you prefer)

arugula or other microgreens

Maybe even drizzle a balsamic glaze on top.
